Online purchases can be refunded or changed at not cost until 15 days after the package arrived. If you make a change for another article, you will not be charged the cost of returning it, but you will have to assume the cost of the new shipment.

Returning an order will result in a refund equal to the cost of the product returned. Partial return will lead to a partial refund. When we receive your request, we will contact the package delivery company so that it will pick up the item you want to return. The refund will be made under the same payment method once the product has arrived at our offices and it is verified that it is in perfect condition.
Any product change or returned must have its original labeling and be packaged in its original packaging or similar to guarantee its integrity during the shipment.
Items bought in our physical stores cannot be returned through our website. These returns must be made at the same store in which it was purchased by presenting the purchase ticket.
Changes and returns of customized pieces or arrangements are not accepted. PRIETO is not responsible for the missed or misdirected deliveries managed by the client himself.
